Hello there. My name is Preston Parrish. I am the Certified Flight Instructor with Blue Jewel Flight Training. I have been professionally flying for 4 years and I have been teaching students for over 2 years.

With 500 hours of flight experience and hundreds of flights with happy customers, you can rest assured that I can give you an enjoyable and safe flight training experience.

I was born and raised in Truckee, CA and started my flying journey here when I was 13 years old. I have lived here my whole life. I am a Truckee High graduate, and a current undergraduate student at the University of Nevada, Reno.

I have spent most of career flying here in Truckee. I have flown gliders at Tahoe Truckee Soaring Association for nearly 10 years. I attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and completed my training in Reno, at Great Basin Aviation. I have trained many students and would love for you to join all the other happy folks that I have flown with.

I am now an independent flight instructor, based in Truckee, CA.
